There are two categories of certificate of registration:

1. One is for Exporters who are only Spice Merchants
2. Another is for exporters who are also spice manufacturers.

The documents required for these respective categories are as follows:

1. For Merchant Category
   1. IEC Code
   2. PAN Card
   3. GST certificate
   4. Confidential Bank report
   5. Certificate of incorporation or Partnership Deed
   6. List of Directors and partners and their contact information
2. For manufacturer category
   1. IEC code
   2. PAN Card
   3. GST Certificate
   4. Confidential Bank Report
   5. MOA and AOA
   6. List of Directors and partners and their contact info
   7. MSME registration
   8. FSSAI Registration
   9. Lease deed of the manufacturing facility

Process to obtain Spice Board Registration

The steps of registration are as following:

1. Register and login to the Spice Board Registration portal
2. Navigate to the option that lets you file the application form
3. Fill the application form and when prompted, upload the requisite documents.
4. Upon the submission of documents in all the correct format, you’ll be directed to submit the Spice board registration fees.
5. Do so and take a printout of the receipt for future reference.
6. Wait as the Spice board assesses your application
7. Get the registration if no errors are found.
